May Update

Construction & earthworks for stages 1 & 2 are nearing completion with street lights and footpaths installed, roads to be laid over the coming weeks. Titles for stages 1 & 2 will be available in late June and we keenly await seeing the some fantastic new homes begin construction.

Stages 3, 4, 5, 6 are also progressing with titles expected later in the year.

We are excited that our new Sales & Information Centre (pictured) – the first home in the community - is in the final building stages and we're looking forward to moving in. Stay tuned for our Grand Opening announcement!

January Update

Central Equity Land is excited to announce that earthworks are well underway at our newest estate, Featherbrook Point Cook.

Before Christmas the heavy machinery rolled onto site and are currently hard at work transforming the landscape and installing the necessary infrastructure for roads, water, drainage, electricity, neighbourhood facilities and more.

Stages 1 to 6 are now under construction with subsequent stages to follow soon after. Click on the photos to the right to view some progress shots.
